1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any website, product, or service operated by Godmode Inc. (including godmodeon.com and ghostprompt.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. About Godmode Inc.
Godmode Inc. is a technology product company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Our registered business operates from Ottawa, Ontario. We build software products including GhostPrompt, Asha AI, MetaCart, and DropBy.
3. Use of Our Websites and Products
You agree to use our websites and products only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Use our services in any way that violates applicable Canadian federal, provincial, or local laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or networks
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software products
- Use our services to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
4. Intellectual Property
All content on our websites and within our products, including text, graphics, logos, product names, and software, is the property of Godmode Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
The GhostPrompt, Asha AI, MetaCart, and DropBy names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Godmode Inc. and may not be used without prior written permission.
5. GhostPrompt Pre-Order Terms
GhostPrompt is currently available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
- The software is in active development and will be delivered within 90 days of your purchase date
- Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase via our payment processor (Stripe, operated by Stripe, Inc.)
- You are entitled to a full refund if the software is not delivered within the stated timeline
- The product is sold under a lifetime licence for the founding pre-order tier
- All processing occurs locally on your device; Godmode Inc. does not store or access your documents
6. Disclaimers
Our products and websites are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Godmode Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
